Unit conversion sends the number and the two units to the server so it can return the result. Encoding and hashing tools (Base64, URL, UTF-8, MD5, SHA, and the rest of that set) send the text you submit, only to complete that calculation.

Image compression, GIF compression, crop, resize, rotate, split, watermark removal, and ebook conversion upload the file so the server can finish that job and offer a download.

Those files are used only to complete the requested task. We do not sell them, and we do not use them to train models.

The free quota is counted separately for the device and the IP address, 20 uses per day by default. The remaining count is the lower of the two. A normal tool costs 1 use; AI watermark removal costs 10. A cookie stores the language preference.
